  We had 3 pool companies provide us with quotes and Colin was the only sales rep that listen to what we wanted and worked with us to create our dream. He also encouraged us to attend their display centre, this was great to be able to see the pool in real life as it changed our decision from what we had originally chosen from the brochure.
  
  The installation process was professional and done within a timely manner. Their office has addressed any concerns and questions we have had since completion.
  
  We would highly recommend barrier reef pools

  Hole was dug fine.
  Pool was installed fine
  They were the good parts.
  Then the plumber only dug a 6 inch trench for the pipes, and he ran the earth cable, which is illegal.
  ( I should know , I'm an electrical contractor)
  The worst were the pavers.
  After only a few weeks nearly half of them had come loose. So bad one of our kids stood on the edge of one , and it flipped over.
  Looking down the level of the pavers from inside the pool, it more resembled a roller coaster.
  After numerous attempts to get it fixed.
  All to no avail, we gave up.
  Would not recommend.
  Even if they are now called another company.

  Dean and his team are awesome and Colin went out of his way to come out several times to our property to measure up for the pool and again when we decided to change pool. Super happy we went for the heat pump and we highly recommend Dean and his team for your next pool. Love, our pool and super happy with the paving we chose which Dean's team installed.

  We purchased a pool from Barrier Reef Pools (Beaudesert) Several years ago now. A friend of ours worked for them as a pool installer, he did the install for us direct. The pool cracked years ago. They eventually had someone come & repair it. It lasted about a month and cracked again. We have been in contact with them off & on for years trying to get the pool repaired again. They just don't carry through. We recently made contact with them again and have been advised they will not be repairing the pool even though it has a 25 year warranty. In the beginning of this correspondence they were very helpful and going to send someone out, then decided they weren't repairing the pool. Once they decided this, they didn't even add names to emails to know who you were corresponding with. (had emails from 3 different people in this process) Great way to run a business.
  Their reasoning was that we used their employee directly to install the pool so there was no warranty (this was in the contract, although we never had/signed a contract for the purchase/install of the pool)
  Their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.

  So it looks like Barrier Reef pools are removing reviews. I will continue to post my message so no others are completely ripped off by this company. I have photo evidence if the disaster they left my yard in. Please feel free to contact me.
  
  Hi, we got a pool installed by factory pools perth who are owned by barrier reef pools last October. 6 weeks after the install we had concrete installed around the pool and alfresco. Shortly after the concrete install all our down pipe drains started overflowing after it rained. We found out from a tradey onsite during the install that the installers cut the downpipes then back filled the sand before we could do anything about it. They never told us they cut the pipes. After 3 months of asking them to fix this they are refusing to fix the problem. we now have rainwater going under our house probably creating sinkholes when it rains. Is there anyone on this page that has had a similar experience and how we can fix this before all the winter rain arrives?
  We are taking them to court but it can take some time and we don’t have time. They were extremely rude when we finally got in contact with them. Horrible company!
  
  WARNING STAY AWAY FROM BARRIER REEF POOLS AND FACTORY POOLS PERTH!
