  Called this shop late in the afternoon and told the person that i had broken my glasses. She was awesome and said they can replace my frames as i had bought them from this store and had a spare frame in stock. Was told to come in the morning and will help out. Next morning (today)was met by a very rude woman who told me they cant help me because they are not supposed to swap lenses. I told her my situation that i had to leave for interstate travel in 3 hrs. She huffed and grabbed my glasses and said give me 5 minutes. Returned with frames replaced. Muchly appreciated. Go outside to my car to find the lenses werent even cleaned before fitting them to the frames. So I am guessing they may break again.
  I appreciate them fixing my glasses but dont think I deserved the attitude from the one person.

  Girls at front are amazingly friendly and always helpful . I would happily give 5 stars if only the optometrist was decent.

  My first visit was exceptional and the staff were fantastic...today I picked up my glasses and frankly, the girl who served me was rude, uncaring and has brought the business into disrepute in my view. She just couldnt be bothered. Sorry, won't travel down again.

  My family has used the services of Specsavers at Beaudesert for years and we wouldn't go anywhere else for eye care. They are always more than helpful and the service is fantastic. I could not be happier. Thanks Steve.

  The issue is not with Steven Lyhne, it is the receptionist Jess. I rang this morning to request that I be taken off their mailing list and her response was, "Easily done, no worries". That is a typical attitude from someone who 'cares less' about their clientele. If it was me, I would have quizzed the client as to why they were making that decision and if there was something I could do to change their mind. Well, I hope they improve their attitude?
